Diane is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  In 2018, Diane Minch obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University.
